How many times have you heard this question? How much of our brain do we use? I’ve heard it a lot, personally. And I doubt there are many people that have never heard it.
I did a Google search earlier to see if I could find out what people are thinking about this question right now. It seems as controversial as it was 15 years ago, when I first heard it. The reactions vary widely. Most people say we use 5% to 10% of our brain while a few say we use 100% of our brain.
But when it comes down to it I don’t really think it matters how much of our brain we use. It is what it is and it isn’t, likely, changing anytime soon.
The solution to gaining more from your brain can only be one thing. Harnessing it’s power and forcing it to work more efficiently.
During my research on Google I came across some methods for harnessing brain power. I’m only going to discuss two of them today (since I have to leave for an appointment in a few minutes).
Now, neither of these methods for boosting your concentration and brain power are automatic. And I seriously doubt if they will increase the percentage of your brain used. But i’m convinced that being able to concentrate is what most people are missing (especially in our fast paced western society in comparison with the eastern world). These natural brain boosters will take lots of effort and patience on your part. The results can life changing so stick with it!
If you are looking for faster results then I recommend you look into this first. This is a recent scientific breakthrough that will open your eyes to your mind power. It eliminates the negative voice in your head. An obstacle that most people I know deal with on a daily basis. It will also open your subconscious mind allowing you to attract health, wealth and luck into your life. Heres more information about Quantum Life Power.
I meditate twice a day. It saved my life and I’m not joking around. I don’t know what I would do without it. I suffer from adhd and meditation has allowed me to completely bypass the effects of my mental disorder. I used alcohol to deal with my illness for 20 years before I finally started meditating on a daily basis.
Meditation is easy and anyone can do it. You will not see immediate results, but the results will be apparent somewhere down the road for you. Lot’s of patience is a must have. Don’t be discouraged!
Look at those sites and choose which best fits your lifestyle. Live a better more fruitful life. You deserve it!
